3. High water volume for cooling is very essential. Good water distribution must be ensured. See the table below for water flow guideline values.

4. Select motor power to suit the blade diameter and material to be sawn. Inadequate power will result in poor performance. However, more power is needed for hard stones such as granite.

5. Depth of cut is a very important parameter. The harder the material to be cut, the lower the depth of cut that you should attempt.

6. Always check spindle and blade hole correctness.

7. Check blade parallelism and carriage correctness.

8. When erecting a blade for the first time, DO NOT attempt to go fast and deep immediately.

9. For optimum cutting performance of the saw, steel must be tensioned according to technical guidelines, cutting parameters and material to be sawn.
